Devon is an engagement specialist with a passion for connecting with communities. With more than eight years experience working with urban and rural communities across Canada, she has a knack for designing and leading impactful engagement processes. She has worked on a variety of projects for municipalities and First Nations from coast to coast, including active transportation plans, strategic community plans, master plans, and comprehensive community plans.

Known for being personable and building strong relationships, Devon is dedicated to creating spaces that are inclusive, accessible, and inviting for everyone. She is a thoughtful communicator with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and stakeholders.

Devon is a graduate of Dalhousie University where she earned her Bachelor of Management. She started with UPLAND in February 2025.
