Beth brings her knack for expressing complex ideas through imagery and graphic design to all of her project work. From creating a visual architectural glossary for UPLAND, to designing community workbooks or creating custom illustrations, Beth employs her creative approach to enhance UPLAND’s ability to connect with and resonate with diverse audiences. She firmly believes that this artistic touch not only elevates the aesthetic appeal of projects but also plays a pivotal role in fostering effective communication across a spectrum of backgrounds.
As the Office Manager at UPLAND Studio, Beth oversees a variety of responsibilities, ranging from HR duties, the implementation of standard operating procedures and proposal writing assistance. She also plays a pivotal role in project administration, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Prior to joining UPLAND, Beth worked most recently as a Freelance Illustrator creating custom gouache portraits for hundreds of clients and was featured on CBC for her work. In Dartmouth, Beth previously worked as Marketing Manager for Fairechild Makewear. Before moving to the East Coast, she worked in the fast-paced tech industry in Alberta and as an Office Manager of a growing Nursery operation while attending university in British Columbia.
