This week we had the chance to present at the Nova Scotia Planning Conference about our work with SHS Consulting on Akoma’s Housing Needs Assessment, which includes a detailed demographic analysis of the community and an affordable housing project concept for their 320-acre property in Cherry Brook, NS.
